Anti-Spam & Email Outreach Policy

Healthcare with Travis LLC ("we") sends a limited amount of business email about health insurance options. This policy explains who we contact and how we protect recipients.
Who we email
Our outreach is business-to-business: we contact working professionals (such as licensed real estate agents and self-employed business owners) at business contact addresses they publish for their professional work. Each message is relevant to their profession and is sent individually, in low volume, from a named person.
No purchased consumer lists
We do not buy, rent or use purchased consumer email lists, and we do not email private individuals who have no professional connection to the offer. We never sell or share recipients' addresses.
Opting out
Every message tells the recipient how to opt out. Recipients opt out by replying STOP, honored immediately. A STOP reply (or any reply asking us to stop) removes the address immediately and permanently from all of our campaigns. We honor opt-outs right away, never later than the 10 business days allowed by law.
CAN-SPAM compliance
- Accurate "From" names and addresses and non-deceptive subject lines.
- Our physical business address in every message: 101 S Gulfstream Ave, Sarasota, FL 34236.
- A clear opt-out in every message, honored promptly.
- Bounced and invalid addresses are removed automatically.
